The SUMMER CHALLENGE training programme is suitable for exercise in hot summer days.
It includes elementary exercises with own weight and without any equipment.
The Summer challenge includes cardio and strength exercises. It consists of 15 guided trainings, where you can choose a training for the entire body or for a particular part of your body. You can find the history of your trainings (number of calories burned, time spent for training, number of exercises done, etc.) for each day in the tab “Profile” of the Extreme Training® App.
