The difficulty level of the EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL training programme includes 12 guided workouts.

The programme is suitable for people who are in top form, professional athletes, performance athletes or trainers.

All exercises are performed unassisted, based on your own weight. The Experienced Professional training programme consists of high-intensity interval cardio exercises on a “stand-up” and strength exercises. This combination ensures you reach your desired goal in the shortest possible time. Each workout contains exercises for the whole body and their difficulty increases from week to week. As the difficulty increases, so does the calorie burn of the workout, which you can track in the “profile” tab of the Extreme Training appยฎ️.

I recommend 3 trainings per week.
