Rollers increase the blood flow to a certain part of the body, increasing also the level of oxygen and relaxing the fascia. Consequently, the mobility and the amplitude of movements increase. Thus, the muscles regenerate faster.
The rollers are suitable after the power training or prior to the beginning of the training as a substitute for warm up.
