Concept Extreme Training®
Extreme Training® is a dynamic and effective workout designed for those looking to improve their physical and mental condition while losing excess weight. The Extreme Training® approach focuses on burning fat and sculpting muscles through a unique and patented program that includes bodyweight exercises. The Extreme Training® program is divided into two sections:
Section one
