LIMITATIONS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE EXTREME TRAINING® TRAINER DIPLOMA

1. PURPOSE OF THE DOCUMENT

This document sets out the conditions, rules, and limitations regarding the use of the diploma awarded to individuals who have successfully completed the training and are licensed as Extreme Training® Trainers. Its purpose is to ensure professionalism, consistency, and the protection of the Extreme Training® brand worldwide.

2. INTENDED USE OF THE DIPLOMA

The Extreme Training® Trainer Diploma may be used exclusively for conducting workouts based on the Extreme Training® method, for which the individual has been specifically trained through an official course under the Extreme Training® system.

Trainers:

  • They are not allowed to conduct other types of workouts for which they are not qualified, such as personal training in fitness, yoga, Pilates, Zumba, etc.
  • they are trained exclusively to lead training sessions according to the Extreme Training® method, as they have learned in the licensed course.

3. USE OF THE LOGO AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS

  • All licensed trainers must always use the official Extreme Training® logo, which they receive via an official link (Google Drive) upon successful completion of the course.
  • The logo must be clearly visible on all promotional materials, including:
    • workout videos,
    • visual materials (posts, posters, invitations, etc.),
    • social media and websites related to Extreme Training® workouts.
  • Trainers are not allowed to create their own logos, modify the existing one, or use the Extreme Training® trademark for purposes outside the scope and rules of Extreme Training®.

4. PUBLIC LIST OF LICENSED TRAINERS

  • The official Extreme Training® website will publish a list of all active licensed trainers.
  • If a trainer does not renew their license, it will be clearly indicated on the website that the license has not been renewed.
  • The purpose of the list is to prevent misuse and ensure transparency.

5. DURATION AND RENEWAL OF THE LICENSE

  • The license is valid for 1 year from the date of passing the exam.
  • The trainer must complete a renewal training every year; otherwise, they lose the right to conduct workouts using the Extreme Training® method and all associated benefits.
  • The license status is regularly updated on the Extreme Training® website.

6. ACCESS TO MATERIALS AND TOOLS

  • All licensed trainers have free access to the official Extreme Training® app, where pre-designed workouts are available.
  • The application contains recorded workouts that trainers can use as a guide in their work. In the event of adding new training content, trainers will have a preview before they are
  • made available to users on a global level.
  • All logos, promotional materials, and instructions are available via links provided during the course.

7. COMMERCIAL RIGHTS AND DISCOUNTS

  • During the course, each trainer receives a personal discount code, which they can use to:
    • order Extreme® products for their clients at discounted prices,
    • sell products to clients at the regular price, keeping the difference as their earned commission.
  • Orders can be placed online using the club discount – each trainer can also order on behalf of their clients.

8. MONTHLY TRAINER MEETINGS

  • Trainer meetings will be held once every three months (4 times a year), aimed at additional education, group training, and community building. Participation is not mandatory but is highly recommended and welcomed.
  • Trainers will be notified in advance about the exact date and location.

9. SUPPORT FROM EXTREME TRAINING®

  • Licensed trainers always have access to professional support from the Extreme Training® team.
  • For any questions or assistance, trainers can contact official support via email at sales@extremetraining.eu or through other official channels.

10. PRESENCE ON SOCIAL MEDIA

  • All licensed Extreme Training® trainers may share a link to their official profile—published on the official Extreme Training® website—on their social media accounts. This allows their clients to verify their credibility and recognize them as official trainers of the globally recognized Extreme Training® brand.
  • Trainers may tag the official Extreme Training® profile in posts where they use our logo or promote workouts based on our method. In such cases, selected posts will receive additional exposure through sharing, reposting, or inclusion in collaborations.
  • This kind of support enables trainers to achieve greater personal and professional growth by increasing their visibility and building a community under the umbrella of the recognized Extreme Training® brand.
  • The use of the official logo on social media is permitted only in accordance with the rules outlined in section 3 of this document.

By completing the licensing course, each trainer accepts all the above-mentioned conditions and commits to operating in accordance with the Extreme Training® regulations.
