This program is especially recommended for women who were physically active before pregnancy. It includes static exercises to build muscle strength and incorporates the use of props (dumbbells or water bottles). The prenatal workout consists of 6 training programs, each designed with full-body exercises.
A unique feature of this program is the gradual reduction of training intensity week by week.

The program is designed to close diastasis recti and strengthen the pelvic floor.
Diastasis recti occurs due to the separation of the abdominal muscles during pregnancy, leading to a weakened abdominal wall. The program includes 6 training programs, each consisting of full-body exercises, with the difficulty level gradually increasing.
All workouts are performed without equipment.
During the postnatal training lectures, we will focus on:
The postpartum recovery process (recovery mode) – Why the body is not ready for regular exercise immediately after childbirth and how improper exercise can do more harm than good.
Closing diastasis recti – why it occurs, how to recognize it, and how to measure it correctly.
Allowed and forbidden exercises – an explanation of how the abdominal muscles function post-delivery and how improper exercise can further increase the postpartum belly.
