Corrections and improvements in exercise execution – For individuals with very high physical fitness, we will focus on the smallest corrections in exercise execution – the same approach used when training elite athletes/competitors.

Motivation for professionals – Learn how to motivate athletes, coaches, and experienced trainees who are ready to challenge even the trainer. You will understand how to use motivational techniques at the highest level, where there is no room for compromise, and where every repetition must be executed flawlessly.

Breathing techniques during high-intensity intervals – We will focus on proper breathing, especially during longer high-intensity intervals, to ensure trainees can maintain their performance during maximum efforts.

Strategies for maintaining leadership position – You will learn how to remain the “leader” trainer, even when working with professional athletes and trainers who are equally as physically fit as you.

Revisiting basic techniques – We will thoroughly revisit everything we learned in previous modules: motivation, counting, breathing, exercise intensity, load, and short rest periods. You will understand why these details are crucial for achieving top-level results.

Handling Emergency Situations – How to act if a participant feels unwell, how to keep a larger group under control at all times, and how to respond correctly in the event of an injury during training or suggest a complementary exercise to a participant due to an existing injury.

Observation and Prevention – We will learn how to recognize when someone is feeling unwell during exercise, even if they don’t admit it. Learn how to immediately stop the activity and ensure that participants do not feel demotivated but remain highly motivated to continue training.
