Extreme Training is a patented, innovative and extremely effective workout intended especially for women of all ages. The training in the app is customized for the workout anywhere and anytime, so you don’t need any additional accessories.

The Extreme Training App is available for users of Android and IOS smartphones. Open the LINK on your phone, which will redirect you to the Google Play or App Store, where you can download the app with only one click.

1. When you install the App on your phone, open it and click the button “START TRAINING”.

2. Click on the wording “REGISTER AS A NEW USER!

A dialog box will appear where you enter your email and choose a password. (The password must contain at least one initial letter, one number, and one sign, e.g. ., !, ?).

Example of password:    Extreme1234!

If you make a mistake at any time, the App will warn you. If you have any issues, you cannot solve, please contact us and send a screenshot with the visible error, and we will try to solve it as soon as possible.

After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email at your email address. Please click the link to confirm your email to be able to change your password in the future if you forget or lose it.

If you are not happy with the App or you do not wish to prolong the subscription for any other reason, you can cancel it in the following way.


You do not cancel the subscription by only deleting the App.

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your phone Google Play
  2. Check whether you are logged in the appropriate Google account.
  3. Tap the menu icon Meni in nato Subscriptions
  4. Choose the subscription you wish to cancel.
  5. Tap the Cancel subscription button.
  6. Follow the instructions.


  1. Open the Settings on your phone.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap the Subscriptions.
  4. Choose the subscription you wish to edit.
  5. Choose the option “Cancel Subscription”.

When you cancel the subscription, you will still be able to use the App during the already paid period.

We assure you that your personal data will be secured and protected against any unlawful access. We use your personal data only for the purposes of successful subscription and notification on the news on our webpage/App.

Your payments are managed by Google or Apple. Your personal data is securely stored in our database, the only purpose of which is to ensure the functioning of the App.

If you have any health problems or injuries, you should consult your doctor prior to the training.
