Toda poleg estetskih razlogov ima izvajanje vaj za krepitev gluteusnih mi\u0161ic \u0161tevilne druge prednosti. Spodaj vam predstavljam 3 razloge, zakaj je dobro redno izvajati vaje za mi\u0161ice glutealne regije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Katere so mi\u0161ice zadnjice?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">gluteus maximus,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">gluteus medius,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">gluteus minimus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V sodelovanju so te mi\u0161ice odgovorne za podalj\u0161anje, notranjo rotacijo in abdukcijo (odmik) kolka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gluteus medius in minimus med abdukcijo kolka sodelujeta in prepre\u010dujeta primik (addukcija) kolka. Tudi te mi\u0161ice opravljajo pomembno delo, ko morate ohraniti ravnovesje na eni nogi, kjer ima zelo pomembno vlogo nadzor gibanja v medenici in stegnenici. Zmanj\u0161a se bole\u010dina v kri\u017eu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Va\u0161 gluteus je odgovoren za raz\u0161iritev kolka in njegovo povratno delovanje. Mo\u010dne mi\u0161ice zadnjice so zato klju\u010dne za zdravje spodnjega dela hrbta, saj pomagajo tudi pri gibih medenice in trupa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko so gluteusi mo\u010dni, imate stabilno medenico in bolj\u0161o oporo za spodnji del hrbta, tako da se lahko vsaka obremenitev enakomerneje porazdeli po spodnjem delu hrbta in spodnjih okon\u010dinah. Znak \u0161ibkega gluteusa je zaokro\u017eitev \/ ukrivljenost hrbta med mrtvim dvigom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Zmanj\u0161a se bole\u010dina v kolenih<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Va\u0161e mi\u0161ice zadnjice dajejo medenici stabilnost. Spodnje okon\u010dine delujejo v zaprti verigi.
