Are you ready to become motivated and happier in your skin? Are you ready to learn how to motivate yourself to exercise? So how can you motivate yourself to exercise? Here are 5 tips to help you find the motivation to finally take an hour for something that will positively impact your body and mind. Here are 5 fitness tips for beginners!

1. Buy exercise clothes that you like

It may sound silly, but trust me, it works! Especially if you feel great in your training clothes, you will be happy to show your friends who train with you, which will give you additional motivation.

2. Plan your exercise routine

Have you ever appeared in training or anywhere, but had no plan and no idea what to do? Besides, you can’t motivate yourself to exercise? Then at the end of 20 minutes you exercise, you feel completely lost, you don’t use 100% of your energy and you feel like you still stand in one place? The key is to have a plan If you know what you’re doing, you’ll not only get to a longer, more engaged workout, but you’ll make sure you exercise more and feel better. The plan will set goals that you need to reach, which will lead to a concentration during exercise and consequently to your target. That way, you’ll end up with a sense of victory (imagine having that feeling every day).

3. Plan meals for the week

So, you are motivated in training but you simply get lost in the kitchen? What can I eat and what can’t? Lack of motivation for diet planning can be just as detrimental as lack of workout planning. By developing a weekly meal plan, you will avoid unnecessary waste of time and save time and money. Make and stick to a 7-day healthy meal plan consisting of breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner. If you can prepare a meal one day a week, even better! This will mean that you have already done the hard part and there is no reason to eat anything else. Your healthy food is already cooked and waiting for you!

Pro tip: Do all grocery shopping once a week. This way, you’ll stick to your grocery list and avoid buying extra foods that look so appealing while you walk around the store.

4. Listen to motivational songs or videos

So simple, yet so effective. There is no better way to motivate yourself than listening to energetic music or videos just before a workout. This will give you motivation and desire. When you feel full of energy, you are ready for a great workout!

5. Track your progress and results

We look at each other every day and sometimes the progress we make is not always obvious to ourselves, which is why it is all the more obvious to other people. Tracking your progress will allow you to SEE the results, even if sometimes losing an inch around your waist doesn’t seem like progress. But that inch isn’t just lost from the waist, but the fat has been replaced by muscle that allows you to feel better!

Seeing and feeling GREAT MUST be something you feel every day. Motivating yourself for training should not be difficult or even additional. Developing an exercise routine MUST be a part of your daily routine, which can definitely be achieved with some motivation and discipline.
