Ker je ta trening nekoliko bolj intenziven kot naprimer normalna enourna vadba. Raziskave so pokazale, da je za u\u010dinkovit trening potrebno vsaj za 10 minut dvigniti nivo sr\u010dnega utripa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V kolikor \u017eelimo, da bi tak\u0161na vadba bila u\u010dinkovita, moramo poskrbeti, da nivo sr\u010dnega utripa dvignemo na zmerno ali mo\u010dno pove\u010dan sr\u010dni utrip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kaj je \u00bbZmerna\u00ab intenzivnost?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160ele po 10 minutah vadbe, bo trening postajal u\u010dinkovitej\u0161i, poskrbeti pa je potrebno, da v tem \u010dasu mo\u010dno po\u017eenemo kri po na\u0161em telesu.
