Pravzaprav lahko nezadosten vnos kalorij vpliva tudi na&nbsp;va\u0161&nbsp;neuspeh. Ve\u010dina ljudi, ki&nbsp;za\u010dne z dieto,&nbsp;preneha jesti vso hrano, za katero je zna\u010dilno,&nbsp;da redi.&nbsp;Tak\u0161ne sestavine so na primer&nbsp;kruh, ogljikovi hidrati, sladkarije, alkohol, sadje in meso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce pa razmi\u0161ljamo dolgoro\u010dno, to sploh ni dobro. Na za\u010detku boste verjetno nenadoma izgubili nekaj kilogramov, morda toliko, kot \u017eelite, \u010de pa se vrnete k stari prehrani, se bodo vsi ti kilogrami zelo hitro vrnili. Ne samo, da se bo te\u017ea povrnila, ampak va\u0161a \u017eelja po omenjenih \u017eivilih bo verjetno \u0161e ve\u010dja. In takrat ne samo, da niste na za\u010detku, ampak ste \u0161li \u0161e veliko dlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vnos kalorij odvisen od vsakega posameznika<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dnevni vnos kalorij je odvisen od ve\u010d dejavnikov, kot so starost, spol ali dnevna aktivnost. Lahko se spreminja iz dneva v dan, vendar je na splo\u0161no blizu nekega povpre\u010dja za vsako osebo posebej in neposredno vpliva na na\u0161o telesno te\u017eo. Za vsakega od nas obstaja optimalna koli\u010dina kalorij, ki jih mora vnesti \u010dez dan, da dose\u017ee in ohrani popolno telesno te\u017eo in zdravo stanje telesa. Velika odstopanja pri vnosu kalorij vodijo do podhranjenosti ali debelosti. Vse to seveda pomeni aktivnost v ve\u010dji ali manj\u0161i meri. \u010ce ste bolj aktivni, boste \u010dez dan potrebovali ve\u010d kalorij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zanimivo je, da mo\u0161ki in \u017eenska enake telesne vi\u0161ine in te\u017ee ne bosta imela enake potrebe po dnevnem vnosu kalorij. Mo\u0161ki imajo ve\u010dji odstotek mi\u0161ic, a tudi ve\u010djo kapaciteto plju\u010d, kar jim omogo\u010da ve\u010djo in dalj\u0161o vadbo in zato&nbsp;telo&nbsp;zahteva ve\u010d kalorij. Vendar obstaja nekaj, kar je enako za oba spola, to je dnevni vnos ogljikovih hidratov. Predstavljali naj bi 45% do 65% dnevnega vnosa kalorij, seveda pa tiste ogljikove hidrate, ki so bogati z vlakninami, na primer \u017eita in ri\u017e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160e ena stvar, na katero morate biti pozorni, je, da nikoli ne&nbsp;prakticirate&nbsp;dneva, ko si oddahnete in jeste vse, kar \u017eelite.
