First and foremost, I am a mum and a wife and I put my family first. I am not the kind of person who would go to the gym every single day. Because I have a tonne of household, maternal, family and, last but not least, business chores, I have established a training programme that does NOT require YOUR sacrifice, renunciation or a lot of time. The result will be visible already after only 2 weeks of training, 3 times a week.
The difficulty level of the Beginner training programme includes 10 guided trainings.
The programme is suitable for people who have already exercised in the past and are passively active (walks, jogging, running, etc.).
All exercises are done with any equipment, using only your own weight. The Beginner training programme consists of intense interval cardio exercises and “stand-up” strength exercises. This combination ensures the achievement of the desired goal in the shortest possible time. Each training includes exercises for the entire body and their level of difficulty increases with each week. In parallel with the increase of difficulty, the calorie consumption increases as well – this can be followed on the tab “Profile” in the Extreme Training® App. I recommend 3 trainings per week.
