15 MINUTES TRAININGS
First and foremost, I am a mum and a wife and I put my family first. I am not the kind of person who would go to the gym every single day. Because I have a tonne of household, maternal, family and, last but not least, business chores, I have established a training programme, you can do when you don’t have the time for a regular training.
15-minute trainings are suitable for people who are in top form and don’t have much time.
They can be done when you don’t have the time for the regular training.
The trainings increase your heart rate as much as possible within 15 minutes in order to achieve the EPOC effect. You can read more about the EPOC effect in my blog. The programme includes 14 guided trainings.
All trainings consist of elementary exercises that are done without any equipment. The speciality of this programme is that, beside the trainings for the entire body, it also includes the trainings for certain parts of the body. Thus, you can choose a guided training for a certain part of your body. You can find the history of your trainings (number of calories burned, time spent for training, number of exercises done, etc.) for each day in the tab “Profile” of the Extreme Training® App.
