Kljub opozorilom mnogi \u0161e vedno pretiravajo s sladkorjem. Povpre\u010dna dnevna poraba sladkorja\u00a0ponekod zna\u0161a \u017ee\u00a073 gramov ali 17,4 \u017elice, kar se je v zadnjih letih nekoliko zmanj\u0161alo, a \u0161e vedno znatno presega optimalno raven.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koristno je natan\u010dno&nbsp;vedeti, kaj sladkor po\u010dne v telesu \u2013 \u017ee od prvega ugriza -, da si ustvarite bolj zdrave navade in izpopolnite svoje prehranske cilje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako telo razgrajuje sladkor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko u\u017eivate torto, sladoled, bonbone ali katero drugo sladico, va\u0161e telo dodan sladkor, ki ga ta \u017eivila vsebujejo, razgradi v glukozo in fruktozo. Glukoza se v telesu obravnava druga\u010de kot fruktoza. Glukoza je preprost sladkor ali monosaharid in je sestavni del ogljikovih hidratov, ki je najprimernej\u0161i vir energije v telesu. To obi\u010dajno ni te\u017eava, \u010de na primer u\u017eivate sadje, ker vlaknine in hranila pomagajo upo\u010dasniti absorpcijo in ohranjati stabilno raven sladkorja v krvi. Vendar pa fruktozo pogosto najdemo v predelani hrani in ko jo jemo v velikih koli\u010dinah, jo jetra pretvorijo v ma\u0161\u010dobo. To lahko negativno vpliva na raven trigliceridov (vrsta ma\u0161\u010dobe v krvi) in povzro\u010di bolezni srca&nbsp;in o\u017eilja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zakaj va\u0161e telo\u00a0hrepeni po\u00a0\u00bbve\u010d sladkorja\u00ab<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zahvaljujo\u010d zvi\u0161anju krvnega sladkorja in njegovemu nadaljnjemu padcu je zelo verjetno, da boste potrebovali \u0161e nekaj sladkarij iz&nbsp;\u00bbpisarni\u0161ke sklede\u00ab, da se boste spet dobro po\u010dutili. Postopek se pogosto pretvori v padec razpolo\u017eenja in ravni energije, odvisno od osebe in koli\u010dine zau\u017eitega sladkorja.
